Noelle Imel

Noelle Imel is a music educator, conductor, clinician, and arts professional dedicated to inspiring the next generation of musicians through meaningful performance experiences and student-centered instruction. Noelle currently serves as Director of Bands at Northwood High School in Pittsboro, North Carolina, where she directs the marching band, concert band, jazz ensemble, athletic pep band, guitar program, and chamber ensembles. In addition to her work in the classroom, she has served as a music and visual technician for band programs throughout the southeastern United States.

With experience spanning middle school, high school, and collegiate settings, Noelle's teaching philosophy emphasizes musical excellence, leadership development, and creating an inclusive environment where every student has the opportunity to grow as both a musician and an individual.

Noelle holds both a Master of Music in Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Music Education from Georgia Southern University. She is an active trumpet performer and welcomes opportunities for guest conducting, clinics, adjudication, and educational collaborations.

Beyond the classroom, she is passionate about entrepreneurship within the arts, with interests including event planning, music services, and community service.
